Lawn doctor has always done an amazing job on my property. My lawn is green and I don’t have to worry about ticks and mosquitoes in my yard because they spray all of my trees and plants to make sure. If I have any type of an issue with my lawn, or property they will send someone out to check on the problem and resolve it. My technician Adam Is very respectful and thorough in making sure that my property looks great. He takes the time to make sure that the job is done right. If I’m home when they are here Adam always asked if I have any concerns that I’ve seen in the yard and if I do, he will address them with me and if I’m not home when Adam’s here then he leaves a note on the invoice about what I should do or not do to correct a problem or issue. ~ Antoinette G

The lawn doctor and it’s employees continue to impress! We were recently scheduled for a mosquito and tick treatment. Due to a big storm of downpours and wind, I received a text that the application couldn’t be done due to the weather, but they would send someone out as soon as they could. We really appreciated that they took the time to tell us they were not coming, and again sent another text when they were coming. Lawn Doctor keeps their clients informed and are very professional. A few days later Paul B. showed up and treated our yard. He was very Thorough and paid attention to areas where mosquitoes would be more concentrated. I felt he didn’t leave anything unprotected. We used another company for mosquitoes in the past and the application was not anywhere near what Paul B. did. Thanks, Paul for a job well done. ~ Christine W

I had ordered the fertilizing and weeding service and also the fall seeding. After that I realized I needed a new roof and decided to call and forgo the seeding until next year. I wasn't fast enough and drove home to find them beginning the seeding. I told them I had planned to cancel that part of the service and they were incredibly kind and helpful. They cheerfully put back the things they had moved and the seed and equipment telling me it was no problem at all. What could have been a very embarrassing, if not contentious situation was friendly and easy. An excellent company to work with - and, despite the no seed, our lawn looks much better since we have started the service. Wins all around. ~ Nancy B

This company is terrific...they are always prompt with scheduling and servicing, and do quality work. We hired another company the year before and thought they were horrendous. After switching to Lawn Doctor, we have seen a noticeable improvement in our lawn in one season. LDSS has a friendly and helpful staff in the office and out in the field...they make things very easy and will happily explain anything you need to understand. Five stars almost isn't enough! Everyone that I've met has been great, and they are all very conscientious in their work. Jessie recently did our aeration and overseeding and left detailed recommendations on how best to care for the lawn going forward. ~ Adam A

I love it when Henry from Lawn Doctor arrives to take care of my lawn. He is polite, friendly, happily says hi to my dog, moves lawn chairs out of the way and always does a great job. He then will offer me a thorough analysis of how my lawn is doing, what treatment he is going to apply and why. He then answers all my amateur questions about what I can do to help until the next treatment. I thought I could take care of the lawn myself but there are too many things I just wouldn't know and I have wasted a good amount of time and money, along with making things worse! It is just so much easier for me to just maintain his work than keep guessing on fertilizer and especially the timing, like when to do what. I can't wait for the next Lawn Doctor visit, until then, I mow it myself and sit back to enjoy the green full grass; my neighbor's are green with envy! ~ Shane Q

Scott L was very personable and professional.He gave good advice and let us know what the service included. He was thorough and cleaned all paved areas before leaving. It's also nice to get the same lawn tech back again. 8/28/24 Scott L and Sergei came out today and went above and beyond what we've come to expect these days. Very knowledgeable, did a great job mentoring Sergei, explained everything and offered advice, but most important he is willing to listen to you. Always a pleasure and as previously mentioned it is nice to get the same tech every visit. 04/ 24/25 Chris Madeira did our first treatment this year. He listened well, and went about his job in a timely and efficient manor. He help answer a question I had about the notification process. ~ Ray H

Have you ever had that company that services your yard and they do a half a** job? I have so I decided to give Lawn Doctor a try and so glad I did the customer service we receive is wonderful, the service techs are knowledgeable and professional… It’s not like just a company coming to service my lawn. It’s more like a family! Thiago P. did our fertilizer today showed up on time explained what he was going to do and took his time to get it done. I’m starting my second season of Lawn Doctor lawn care with Henry, the technician. I thought it would take us 3 years to get the full and weed free lawn I was struggling to achieve on my own. Just 1 year later and my lawn is exiting winter looking like all my goals have been met. I put in a lot of labor to sew the new grass seeds and Henry, my Lawn Doctor technician, does the rest with perfectly timed applications of lime, pre-emergent, and fertilizers. Together, our efforts finally got me a lawn that I can maintain from now on versus starting over and over. Happy with the results. I definitely recommend. ~ Thomas D

We just had our second fertilizer treatment, and I am happy to report an excellent job this time by technician Jessie Lee. Our lawn has been in the care of another well known local landscape and design company for the past three plus years prior. We expected to see a nice thick lawn base given all the diligent care we signed up and paid for, yet it never happened! After JUST TWO treatments this 2022 season with the Lawn Doctor our root system is deeper and much better established, greener and significantly thicker grass, significantly less weeds.(All of which we expected from our previous caretaker yet it NEVER, not even close, happened). The Lawn Doctor rocks…hands down. Oh, and did I mention, no mosquitoes or ticks? It’s nice to not have to call this company back out for another application of tick and mosquito spray because it doesn’t work. Highly recommend the Lawn Doctor for not only the care of your lawn but also for tick and mosquito control!! ~ Carolyn K

I'm so happy to be back with Lawn Doctor! I'd given the service up to assist our landscaper build his business. Big mistake. Huge! My lawn was a disaster. I saw my neighbor's yard being serviced by Lawn Doctor-and KNEW I had to get back to them. They graciously came last fall, and began saving my once beautiful lawn! It's nearly back to it's former glory. I'm staying with Lawn Doctor, this time. Professional service, great and well trained employees. I'm always kept posted on the service and schedule. First application of the season and I was lucky enough to be home when Buddy arrived. I have been with many lawn care companies and my biggest complaint is that the employees are not personable or care what your property looks like. They come throw down what is on their sheet and offer no feedback even though you may have issues in the lawn. Today, Buddy immediately identified some snow mold and instructed me on how to deal with it. Henry was friendly to both my daughter and I and I look forward to working with Buddy this season! ~ Bill B

Lawn Doctor cares for our lawn 4 times a year. They are always here early in the morning and they arrive on the day that was planned!It slipped my mind to let my daughter know what day they were coming so the solar lights on the lawn were still in place and also plant holders in the yard! We usually would have made sure that they were moved for the technician.Jessie went above and beyond and moved them herself. Sorry about that Jessie and thank you! ~ Dawn M

Just started a new program with Lawn Doctor and was looking forward to walking the lawn with the technician. Scott took the time to stop the machine walk over and introduce himself and review the application he was applying. Then walk a portion of the lawn and answered my questions and concerns. Felt very comfortable after the call that Lawn Doctor was a good choice for our lawn service. Looking forward to seeing the results. I’ve been with lawn doctor for a few years and to me I value great service especially when there’s an issue and lawn doctor truly exceeds my expectations in that when I have an issue with my lawn I get a rapid follow up. I get a call, email and text saying they’re addressing and are on top of the issue. If you’re looking for lawn care these your best bet. Mike and Scott are the best. They know what the yard needs and when to do what ever it is they do. They pay attention to some problem areas and list out a detailed report on what they did and what they find and recommend. They text you a day or two in advance and let you know when then are coming out and what they are doing.they direct bill you so it’s really effortless on my part. I have been using them for years and definitely trust them to do whatever the yard needs ~ VICTORY H

I have been with lawn doctor for years. They communicate well. You'll always know when they are coming. There are programs or you can customize services to your needs. They do what they say they will and on time every time. Last years drought caused damage to a large portion of my lawn. They visited and came up with a plan and it worked. They fixed the problem. They want you to be fully satisfied and back up this with action when needed. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor! ~ John N

I was not home for our first service (new customer) but did review the ring camera footage. He was very thorough and made sure to apply all lawn care products in a methodical and careful way. They have a very nice machine with turf tires (saves the grass). Results will take some time to see but the first service went well. Total time for the first application was less than 30 minutes. Scott & Mike Aerated and Seeded my lawn today. The lawn is really starting to show improvements. They went out of their way to explain what can be done to fix any problem areas. Mike hand raked and seeded any areas the machine couldn’t reach. Very happy with their work. I would highly recommend Mike and Scott and the Lawn Doctor to anyone looking to have a better looking lawn. Can’t wait til the bare spots start filling in. ~ Skip

Jessie performed aeration and over seeding today. She was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She took the time to explain the needed care to improve my lawn and best way to maximize the service. I have been at work every other times service was provided this season but I always receive a report with helpful information and recommendations. Lawn doctor sent out an email advising to respond when the fall cleanup was complete and they would schedule a technician to come out and provide the last treatment for the winter. I called them and they were at the house in a few days. Paul came and professionally applied the winter fertilizer and provided a detailed report. He moved the lawn furniture and closed the gates upon his completion. ~ Sean N

We recently changed lawn service companies and this week Jon B from the Lawn Doctor performed the first application. He was extremely professional, took the time to introduce himself and explain the applications being applied to the lawn. After the visit I received an email outlining a what was done, current condition of my lawn and recommendation. 1st application and very please with Tech Jon B, his knowledge and professionalism. ~ Maura T

On May 9 th Darrell did an excellent job treating our trees and shrubs for disease. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining what may have caused the various diseases. Please give Darrell our Thanks and tip! On May 14th Alex fertilized our lawn . I watched him do an excellent job fertilizing grass in and around shrubs and trees.
